Suites start at $200 per week. Contact Jennifer for the rate, deposit, included amenities, and lease terms for the suite you’re interested in.

Is LS open yet?

LS Luxury Suites is scheduled to open in March 2027 at 2900 Frank Scott Parkway, Suite 966, Belleville, Illinois. Call or text Jennifer for leasing information and current progress.

Can I personalize my suite?

The vision is a space that reflects your brand. Discuss painting, removable wallpaper, and professional installations with Jennifer. Your final agreement will outline the details.

What do I need to lease a suite?

Share your profession, workspace needs, and ideal move-in date. Jennifer will walk you through availability, applicable licensing and insurance requirements, and the next steps.
